Yes we do deliver internationally. If you would like us to quote sending Kilnhouse products to you please email us on kilnhousedesignstudio@gmail.com with the products you would like to order, your full name, contact number and full delivery address including area code.
How will my order be delivered?
International orders are fulfilled through the quickest most affordable method to get our products to you. More than often through DHL.
What are the international delivery charges?
The delivery charges differ per product/s ordered as the cost is dependent on the length, width, height as well as the weight of your orders box/es and where the product/s is being to delivered in the world.

How long do international deliveries take?
Delivery is estimated to take 2-5 days, stock dependent.
Do I have to pay VAT and customs and when do I pay?
Yes, you will have to pay for VAT and Customs when the order arrives in your country.
Please take this into account when making a purchase, Kilnhouse Design Studio cannot be held responsible for the VAT and Customs charges that are payable, as these charges are out of our control and are determined by the customs office in your country.
Please note that your invoice will not show South African VAT as Kilnhouse Design Studio is not VAT registered, however South African VAT will be added pending VAT approval.
